My opinion! this company is the most user unfriendly company I have ever dealt with!

My husband had shoulder surgery in December, I asked what forms were needed, so my husband could take them in to get filled out. I am on the fifth or sixth rejection letter "not enough information." Our policies came up for renewal showed every thing to rep. she said she would handle it I got another rejection letter Friday!!!!!!!!!! Then there is the fact that you can only address your policies on the anniversary of signing-up, I stated that all I wanted was the cancer and long term hosp.

(But after reading these comments I will be canceling everything next year. Burns me up all that money I have spent and the money I will be paying until next year.

Answers to claim from my daughter's policy she had wit them

Submit a claim

I have been trying to get reimbursed for my two diagnostic tests I was told are covered under my plan. I've tried my agent several times but no luck name is Harvey something. I need to know what to do to get these bills covered. Been off work for 2 months and at least another month before I go back.

Question about my claim

They r not reliable we been waiting since March they didn't give us a claim number until sumone we talked asked us..they never told us what we needed in the beginning..evrytime we called it's been sumthing else..like they aren't communicating wit each other.we ask for a supervisor, but it falls on deaf ears.Help

My daughter died in Feb. We sent the death certificate in mid march.we got a request after we sent death certificat..they send a email to my dead daughter asking why she didn't make a payment..then they tell us later they need a letter canceling the policy.every time...

Check on status of a payment

I paid HSP indemnity $80.70 some time ago but it has not been credited to my account. This may be slow processing on the part of Citibank. Plan: PN258*** * months. Always having trouble getting someone over the phone

Aflac - Always having trouble getting someone over the phone
Website is hard to manage what the issues are to be taken care of. But its even worst on getting someone to take care of issues Over the phone. All recording or auto hang up phone. Schedule call backs only for phone to ring once then you are disconnected. AFLAC your type of business its a joke on your customers but no one is laughing!

Unable to reach anyone

Am behind on payment. Trying to reach someone (this is day 3) they always set a return call time which is always the next day...so far I have not received a call back. Company sucks

Useless customer service

Agents & website is useless, takes weeks to cancel a policy, yet they still take your money. Will not return a call or email. Very, very unprofessional.

They keep making you fill out the same papers over and over again and they will not fix there errors

The only chance you have of getting paid is through your rep. If you call aflac direct you will get the run around

LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been trying to get in touch with someone for 2 weeks about changing the credit card card used to pay my premiums. I travel for work and do not have unlimited time to sit and wait for a call back. email doesn't get a response and neither does chat. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. What i need to do is very simple and i should be able to do it online WITHOUT even having to talk with someone!
