Will not pay claims

My wife and I have dental policies with FLAC. AFLAC refuses to process or pay my claims. The newest complaint is that it only processes claims electronically (through my phone) and not by mail. After extensive argument, the arrogant Rep said we would be sent claim forms (paper). That was a month ago. To date, no forms. AFLAC has no problem hitting my account for monthly premiums. I am going to the Insurance Commissioner.

Tryng to file up a fine

Fire more than one month , Im trying to reach Aflac to start a claim. I tried all different ways : email , calling , automated service, etc . Just need to speak with somebody to file up a claim

Tacit denial of claim

I submitted a claim on December 1, 2021 for procedures done by my urologist, regarding prostate cancer. I have always understood that Aflac would cover most out-of-pocket expenses on issues like that.

I paid two deductibles. ad seven hundred dollars (plus) each: one for deductible for the facility and one deductible for my doctor. Combined, I spent over fourteen hundred in out of pocket and expense and received a check from Aflac for one hundred and ten dollars. I feel duped by Aflac.

This payment is a slap in the face to me and goes against all promises of the Aflac Corporation. The one hundred and ten dollars is a token payment to say the Aflac made a payment, but it is a tacit denial of my claim. On the other hand, did I file the wrong claims form?

Is there another claims form that I should have used? I do not know because I used the only claims form that seem to fit my situation.

I have not been able to get my issues resolved, I have not been able to talk to a live customer service rep ! I don't want to wait 3 days for a callback which sometimes never happen ! I need you o talk to a live person about my claim !

Denied claim

I had a legitimate claim with Aflac for Hospital Indemnity, I filed the paper work and was denied. The customer service process was difficult as well. Basically the exclusion details of all of their polices are so extensive, that they actually cover very little. Getting a policy with Aflac is like trying to beat the casino, the odds are in their favor. They will be your best friend while getting you to "sign up," but once you file a legitimate claim against them, the friendship stops, and they look for every reason to find exclusions you and not pay.

Cannot get call back or someone to talk to

Call back just hung up and I have tried to reach someone for 2 days cannot call your number and reach a customer service your automated service just hung up snd then I have to go through entire process again nobody gets back in touch with me I have been customer since 2004

Claim status

Signature verification issue claimed HR or unit director cant sign form because they dont have a title even though they have a title. Had aflac for 17 years or more now when I finally get to use it I have issues. Beyond pissed

Unable to access policy

I have spent 4 hours at one point trying to log on to get my policy. Called and unable to speak to a customer service rep. Seem to not have my social security number to get me through. Tried again, the rep was at our school. Gave me the number and policy again, to no success again. Now, trying to find a way to cancel policy. I may have to go through my automatic deduction route.

I have been trying to file a claim for a week with no help at all

Ive been reaching out to AFLAC for the past week trying to file a claims from an accident that I had in October Ive called and spoke to two different people that called me trying to get me situated with uploading my documents Im still unable to have access to my account but yet AFLAC is taking the funds out of my account but Im not receiving the services that I need from AFLAC or am unable to gain any help I cant speak to a representative Im constantly scheduling callbacks and Im not hearing any calls being returned to me all my calls are going unreturned
